T1.1 Four sustainable local energy communities (LEC) established

Sustainable local energy communities (LEC) are “formed group of users” among citizens, public/ private organizations, SMEs including municipalities.
The LECs contributed to the definition and implementation of the action plan and pilot projects by ensuring an active
participation of users. It was signed four agreements (one for each LEC created ) between the public /private involved stakeholders.

 

T2.1. Common plan for energy efficiency

The “Common plan” was based in a common session which will establish the objective, strategic framework, energy policies and territorial contests and actions at the
crossborder level and a session dedicated to the single municipalities with specific action plans at the local level and the related costs. Each project partner provided the signature of the final shared cross border agreement/ covenant the agreement that was signed by the LEC, the mayors and director.

 

T3.1 Lec pilot projects

Four pilot projects were realized at identified public buildings (Municipality of Tuzi, Municipality of Tirana and  Municipality of Mirabello) plus the creation of a technological support service (expertise) for the public infrastructure owners and operators in Metropolitan City of Bari geographic area by Confindustria.
